What to include
A first email with these in it usually gets a fix instead of a follow-up question.
- The phone number on the account — it is how we find you.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if the problem is visible.
- For a report about someone else: their profile name and roughly when you last spoke.
Please do not send passwords or one-time codes. We will never ask for either, and anyone who does is not us.

Asked most often
Yes. Creating a profile, getting matches, sending likes and chatting with your matches are all free. Premium adds visibility and filtering — seeing who liked you, unlimited likes, advanced filters, a boost and read receipts.
Six signals — interests, personality answers, lifestyle, relationship goals, distance and age preference — are combined into a single percentage. Profiles outside the age range or radius either of you set are never shown at all.
No. A conversation only opens after a mutual like or an accepted friend request, and either side can close it again by unmatching or blocking.
Never. Your number signs you in and keeps one account per person. Other users see your profile, never your number — calls run through the app.
Immediately and in both directions: any match between you is closed, the conversation disappears from both inboxes, and neither profile appears in the other's Discover feed again.
In the app under Settings, or from this website at /delete-account using the same phone number and a one-time code. Both do the same thing: the account closes immediately — profile hidden, signed out everywhere, nobody can find or message you — and everything is erased permanently 30 days later. Write to us inside those 30 days if you change your mind.
Fryndo is built for India first and available on Android. Any phone number that can receive an SMS code can create an account.
18. Fryndo is strictly for adults, and an account found to belong to a minor is removed without notice.
